Novosco has been named Outstanding Company of the Year in the prestigious Belfast Telegraph Business Awards, in association with British Airways.

The managed hybrid-cloud provider won the Best Small-Medium Business category of the awards before being named the overall winner at the gala event in the Culloden Resort & Spa.

Novosco, which provides services to many of Northern Ireland’s top companies, as well as health trusts across the UK, and several Irish and UK universities, won against stiff competition from some of Northern Ireland’s best recognised organisations.

Other winners included First Derivatives, Allstate NI, Coca-Cola HBC NI, and Ulster University.

Earlier this year, Novosco was ranked by the Sunday Times as one of the best companies to work for in the UK for the third year in a row.

In November 2014, Novosco appeared in the Deloitte Fast50 listing of the fastest growing tech companies on the island of Ireland for an unprecedented 15 years in a row.

Novosco Managing Director, Patrick McAliskey said: “We are delighted to be awarded Outstanding Business of the Year. It is great recognition of the hard work done by our team across our offices in Belfast, Dublin and Manchester, and reflects the great partnerships we have with our clients.”

Novosco has been in business for more than 20 years, and is headquartered in the NI Science Park in Belfast, with additional offices in Dublin and Manchester. It provides cloud computing and IT infrastructure services, including disaster recovery, managed services and connectivity services, to a wide range of organisations in the public and private sectors.
