Belfast-based Novosco has finished ahead of global leaders in being named the best place to work in IT on the island of Ireland.
The IT infrastructure company, based in the Northern Ireland Science Park, were awarded with the prestigious accolade at the ICT Excellence Awards 2013 in Dublin.
Novosco was the only Northern Ireland company to win an award at the event in the Ballsbridge Hotel, which presented a range of prizes across the island’s IT sector.
The win follows the company’s inclusion in the Sunday Times ‘Best Companies to Work For’ listing 2013, and its inclusion in the Deloitte Fast 50 this year for the 13th year in a row.

“From health and wellbeing programmes to flexible working, good communication, team building activities, training and development, we work extremely hard to make Novosco a great place to work,” he added.
“What sets us apart from our competitors is having the best people with the best skills, and we are very proud of the expertise that we have built.”
Novosco employs almost 80 people and has offices in Belfast, Dublin and Birmingham. Its clients include the largest universities and higher education establishments on the island of Ireland, government departments and agencies, major UK and Ireland health trusts, and many of Northern Ireland’s top 100 companies.
