Every technology company has a support offering, so what’s different about us? Our support department is based on the technology competency and skill that we have inside the help desk. We’ve got a high concentration of Citrix CCEAs and CCIAs, VMware VCPs and Microsoft MCSEs – these aren’t your normal level one ‘techies’! When you pick up the phone and call us, you speak with an experienced, credible and skilled engineer who’s going to be on the case fixing your problem there and then.

Unfortunately, this is not often the case, especially with some of the ‘larger’ IT companies.

This means that there is no diverting blame. We can take ownership of the problem across any of the vendors, which you won’t get from a single vendor response. Most of our customers tend to be running multiple flavours of technologies from various different vendors. It’s how they interoperate where a lot of the problems can lie. We have people with skills across all technologies, which is something you would not normally have access to.
