Karen Shearer
Finance Director
Karen joined the business in February 2007 just prior to the formation of Novosco from the merger of Real Time Systems and 4sol. Prior to this she was Finance Director with a multi-site manufacturing group, gaining wide experience in acquisition and company growth.
She is a Chartered Accountant and more recently completed the Institute of Directors programme to qualify as a Chartered Director. Karen is responsible for providing the financial focus for Novosco and, along with the rest of the Board, for developing the overall business strategy.
